UPA Govt's Gift to Indian Democracy!

In a controversial move, the Union cabinet approved an ordinance on Tuesday to reverse the Supreme Court judgment mandating the immediate disqualification of lawmakers convicted of a criminal offence punishable with a jail term of more than two years.
